What our customers say about TTI:
|
I have been extremely impressed by your knowledge of
the spectrum of hardware from our Prime equipment, Sun Microsystems
servers, a range of PC’s and, of course, all the peripheral disks,
tape drives, printers and more. Of course, you also designed and
installed the network, UPS and the electrical service for our new
building, which also contributed to the reliability of our
installation.
I have appreciated your help not only with the hardware
but also your comprehensive knowledge of the operating systems and
communications systems on which we were reliant to deliver our
service. I believe that you are the best all around technician that I
have worked with over the years, and I really appreciate the help that
you have provided.

Discount Blocks of
Time…
Many clients do not
need the level of coverage delivered by a maintenance agreement, but
prefer to buy a “discount” block of labor hours. Customers buy a
block of labor hours at discounted rate. As the amount of hours
purchased increases, so does the discount. Discount Blocks allow the
client to budget for maintenance that they know they are going use
and purchase those hours at reduced rate.
If your server goes down at a critical time, and
you don’t have a maintenance agreement, what will you do? Do you have
a workstation or desktop computer that is down or not working
properly? We can troubleshoot and repair that machine on your site. We
offer fast response times and emergency, after business hours
and weekend service. We monitor our business voice mail systems 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.
What does your network topology look like on
paper? If you had a network down problem, could you explain to a
technician, how your network is built to facilitate quick
troubleshooting and repair? We can document your network topology in
schematic diagram form. Once you have a diagram of your network,
planning, troubleshooting and upgrading of your installation becomes
much easier. We can also provide site, power and environmental
surveying services to make sure that your present or future site
provides an environment for your data center that ensures maximum
uptime.
